Subscription billing is not currently live on this website. This policy describes how refunds will be handled when paid subscriptions and other paid services are available, and how to contact us in the meantime.
Premium software features exist in the product, but subscription checkout is not yet enabled on the web. Once subscriptions launch, a 14-day refund policy will apply to all web purchases processed through Paddle. Renewals will be billed according to the plan shown at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for past periods may be requested within 14 days of the charge or where required by law. When billing is live, you will typically manage cancellations through the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt/email or by contacting support.
Email us with your account email and the reason for your request within 14 days of your purchase or renewal. Duplicate charges, accidental charges, and technical access issues may also be reviewed case-by-case. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
