This Refund Policy explains how MenuCheck AI handles refunds for Premium subscriptions.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Web: Cancel anytime in your account settings or via the Paddle confirmation email link. Mobile: Manage or cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests outside the 14-day window will not be processed except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your account email and the reason for your request within 14 days of your purchase or renewal. Duplicate charges, accidental charges, and technical access issues may also be reviewed case-by-case. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
