By using MenuCheck AI (our website, iOS app, Android app, and services), you agree to these Terms.

Operator

MenuCheck AI is operated by Mustafa Can YILMAZ, an independent sole proprietor.

References to "MenuCheck AI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this service.

Service

MenuCheck AI is consumer software for discovering and filtering restaurant information based on your location and preferences. Some content may be generated by AI. The core product is search, dietary scoring, and restaurant profile information—not a marketplace for ads or paid placement.

AI Outputs

AI outputs and dietary confidence scores are for informational purposes and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not dietary certifications, medical advice, allergy advice, or guarantees. Do not rely solely on AI outputs for decisions; always verify important dietary, allergy, certification, and preparation details directly with the restaurant.

Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features may be offered via subscriptions. Web: Subscriptions on our website are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as Merchant of Record for those transactions—Paddle may appear on your billing statement. Manage or cancel in your account settings or via the link in your Paddle confirmation email. Billing, payment, and certain refund-related matters may be handled through Paddle and/or our support team. Mobile: In-app subscriptions on iOS and Android are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their policies. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and the applicable platform's terms.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, security abuse, scraping/automation attacks, or any misuse that harms the service.

Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect damages.

Mobile Applications

The MenuCheck AI app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading and using the app, you also agree to the terms of the applicable platform (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions / Google Play Terms of Service).

• iOS (Apple App Store): Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple has no warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
• Android (Google Play): Google is not a party to these Terms. Any claims related to the app's use are governed by these Terms.
• In-App Purchases: Managed by Apple App Store or Google Play respectively. Cancellation is handled through your platform account. We are not responsible for platform billing errors.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via the app or at menucheckai.com/delete-account. All personal data will be removed within 30 days.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
